I have won a Nintendo Wii on eBay. I need help paying it?

When I click on “My eBay” and Go to “Wins”, it says Nintendo Wii, and it says “You marked this item as payment sent”. However, I never paid for it. and there is no “Pay” button anywhere! How can I pay for this? Serious answers, please?
